Essence Festival Cocktail of the Day

When I spotted this on the menu at Cochon in New Orleans I knew I had to it if only for the name: Mollywop.

This easy drinking cocktail, created by Cochin mixologist Hannah Wildbur, is made with Cathead Honeysuckle Vodka, Campari, peach bitters, simple syrup and a float of lemon San Pellegrino.
